Ingredients: 

Whole Chicken cut in pieces (3-4 1bs) 

1 tbsp Chicken Seasoning 

1 -2 tsp salt 

1-2 tsp black pepper 

1-2 tsp chilli powder 

2 tsp garlic powder 

2 tsp onion powder 

1 tbsp paprika 


2-3 cups flour 

Salt & black pepper 

1 tsp oregano 

1 tsp garlic powder 

1 tsp onion powder 

2 tsp sugar (optional) 


Water 

Cooking oil 



hi everyone so today I'm going to be

making some crispy well-seasoned Fried

Chicken without the use of milk nor eggs

this is simple and so delicious

so over here I have some chicken pieces

nicely washed and I cut one whole

chicken so I think I have about nine

pieces this now I have my herbs and

spices a bit of salt some garlic and

onion powder some chili powder chicken

seasoning black pepper and some paprika

I'm just going to mix this together and

to know I'm gonna add a tad bit of water

to make a paste and this combination

makes up perfect blender a tad bit of

spice color and flavor

gonna pour this over the chicken making

sure every piece of chicken is nicely

saturated with marinade remember we are

going for flavor great tasting Fried

Chicken so now I'm gonna cover this down

and I'm gonna allow to sit and marinate

for about two hours so the season could

soak within just place it in the fridge

if the marinade thyme is going to be

longer


after two hours of sitting this is not

only looking good but it's smelling

really nice so now it's time to cook so

now to a contain I'm gonna add a few

cups of all-purpose flour for the

breading and we are going to flavor this

flour up so not only is the chicken

flavorful but the breading is going to

be tasty as well so here now I'm gonna

add a bit of sugar yes salt and black

pepper some oregano and some garlic and

onion powder and I'm gonna mix that in

the flour until it's nicely combined

so now I'm gonna place the chicken

pieces in the flavored flour and when I

tell it this Fried Chicken is going to

be so crispy and delicious without the

use of milk nor egg and make sure they

are nicely breaded

no I'm gonna add these in some water yes

until they are fully submerged

then I'm gonna allow them to drain all

the water off no back in the flour

giving them a second coating



so know that these are nicely breaded

and you could already see the layers of

crunch so no to a pot of cooking oil

that is already heat up I'm gonna fry

these until they are crispy and golden

but feel free to use a fryer if you have


time

and look at that

crispy and beautiful and flavorful so

now that they are done I'm going to

remove them so they could drain the

excess oil


and there you have it crispy flavorful

Fried Chicken the outer layer was so

crunchy yet moist and juicy
